2:30 p.m. Arrive in Pikeville – Pikeville Cut Through Project – Second largest earth removal project the world – beautiful overlook of the city – No Admission For Coaches.

3:15 p.m. Dils Cemetery – Resting place of the McCoys – No Admission For Coaches.

4:15 p.m. Pikeville Hampton Inn hotel for check in.

5:00 p.m. Rest time or walking tour of historic district around the beautiful Pikeville streets and city park, one block from hotel.

6:15 p.m. Catered dinner at hotel – we can give you several options to choose from.

7:00 p.m. Live local country and bluegrass music in one of our great local venues.

8:00 p.m. Hit the elevator button and to their room for a wonderful night of rest.

8:15 a.m. Leave for Butcher Holler – Homeplace of Loretta Lynn.

9:00 a.m. Arrive at the Coal Mining General Store #5 in Butcher Holler – No Admission For Coaches.

9:30 a.m. Butcher Holler – Home Place of Mrs. Loretta Lynn – $5 each.

11:00 a.m. Lunch at the US 23 Country Music Highway Museum – buffet $11.50 each (or on their own, your choice).

12:15 p.m. Leave for The Mountain Homeplace – 1850’s working farm.

12:30 p.m. Arrive at the Mountain Homeplace – $5 each (1850’s working farm, one room schoolhouse, 1830’s church, blacksmith, pin cabin, gardens, animals and farm life demonstrations).

2:00 p.m. Leave for Pikeville.

3:00 p.m. Pikeville Downtown Shopping/Historic Downtown Walking Tour.

4:30 p.m. Arrive at the Pikeville Hampton Inn hotel for down time or a historic walking tour of the city.

6:00 p.m. Dinner in town or a special evening with music or *theatre (your choice).

8:00 p.m. Hit the elevator button to go to their room or enjoy an evening walk in Pikeville.

Breaks Interstate Park is one of two interstate parks in the nation, featuring a large canyon, giving it the nickname “The Grand Canyon of the South”

Pauley Hollow is Pike County’s premiere moonshine and bourbon distiller, offering a variety of products including Fuel of the Feud, moonshine made from Randolph McCoy’s Well Water of Hatfield McCoy fame.

7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast at the Hampton Inn hotel.

8:30 a.m. Leave for the Breaks Interstate Park – The Grand Canyon of the South.

9:15 a.m. Tour the Breaks Interstate Park – Park Ranger Carl Mullins gives you the history of the Breaks Interstate Park, beautiful landscape of the valleys and mountains, canyon overlook, anytime of the year – No Admission For Coaches.

10:00 a.m. The Breaks Moonshine Distillery – The original distillery from the early 1900s of the Breaks – No Admission For Coaches.

10:30 a.m. The Grist Mill of the Breaks – Life as it used to be, demonstration by Carl Mullins, naturalist of the Breaks – No Admission For Coaches.

11:00 a.m. Lunch – Breaks Rhododendron Restaurant – Buffet.

12:30 p.m. Leave for Pikeville.

1:15 p.m. Arrive in Pikeville.

1:30 p.m. Pauley Hollow moonshine and bourbon tasting at Southside Wine and Spirits – No Charge For Coaches.

2:15 p.m. Leave for the McCoy Well Site.

2:45 p.m. Arrive at the McCoy Well Site – Feud reenactor tells the story of the Hatfields & McCoys – McCoy Well water tasting (the original Well the family used) – No Admission For Coaches.

3:15 p.m. Leave for Hog Trial Cabin Site.

3:30 p.m. Hog Trial Cabin – Reenactor present to tell the story – No Admission For Coaches.

4:00 p.m. Leave for Pikeville, Kentucky.

4:30 p.m. Hotel in Pikeville – Down time before supper.

6:15 p.m. Supper with live music or theatre monologues with the Hatfield and McCoy actors.

8:00 p.m. Hit the button at the elevator and head to your hotel room.
