Due to COVID-19 concerns, as well as recent flooding in part of the historic Hatfield McCoy Feud Country, this event has been postponed. The Moonshine and Artisan event which coincided with this event is also postponed. No date has been set for the event as of yet. Hatfield McCoy Heritage Days 2021 will be held September 17, 18 and 19, 2021 in Pikeville, Kentucky. This year’s event will also feature an Appalachian Moonshine Festival, which will include moonshine from local distilleries, the Moonshine Shack, obstacle course, apparel vendors, artisan demonstrations, outdoor entertainment, live music and games. The Appalachian Moonshine Festival will begin Thursday, September 16, and will be available through Saturday, September 18.
This year’s event will coincide with the Appalachian Moonshine Festival in Pikeville, KY (Sept. 16-18, 2021).
Hatfield McCoy Descendant Dinner
This year’s Hatfield McCoy Descendant Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 (beginning at 5:00 p.m.) at the Hampton Inn in Pikeville, KY, will be open to the public, even people who are not descendants of the Hatfields or McCoys. Enjoy an evening with the Hatfield McCoy descendants, featuring pull pork, baked beans, cole slaw, and stories of legend from the world’s most famous feud. Located in the Mountain View room, 7th floor.
This is first come, first serve, with only 60 tickets available. You do not have to visit our Visitors Center for your ticket. Once purchased, your name will be recorded, no physical ticket necessary.
