Trailblazers Outfitters is conveniently located on U.S. Highway 119, 1 12 miles from the town of Williamson, W.Va. and their trail connector. We are 1 12 hours’ drive from Charleston, W.Va. and 25 minutes from Pikeville, KY. We have a Little Caesar’s pizza directly across the street. There are several fast food restaurants and a shopping mall within a mile of our location.
