Join the Pike County Health Department and our community in the fight against breast cancer at the 2025 Paint Pikeville Pink event! Taking place at 178 College Street, Garfield House at Pikeville City Park – Pikeville, KY, this event is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2025. Whether you choose the 1-Mile Fun Walk, 5K, or 10K, every step you take helps raise awareness and spread hope. *All participants will receive a t-shirt (if registered before Sept 20th) and a medal.
This beloved annual event brings the community together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and promote the importance of early detection. Festivities begin at 9:00 AM on College Street in front of the Garfield House, with activities and booths providing resources, games, and family fun at the start/finish area.

Event Options & Registration
- 1 Mile Fun Walk – $30 (includes t-shirt & medal*)
Registration closes October 11 at 8:50 AM EDT - 5K – $35 early / $40 after October 6 at 11:59 PM EDT
- 10K – $45 early / $50 after October 6 at 11:59 PM EDT
All participants receive a t-shirt and medal. The 5K and 10K events feature overall and age group awards, with custom medals for 1st and 2nd place in the following divisions:
18 & under, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
