Watercolor Classes with Paula Smith

The Arts House of Pikeville will be hosting  Beginning Watercolor Classes with Paula Smith, July 2015. Ages 18 and up are welcome. Classes will be $75 and a supply list will be given. The final class will paint the City Park of Pikeville. The art show will be hosted by Roasted Coffee and Cafe of Pikeville.
